Where to find us

Our first location is easy to reach in the heart of Cologne's Südstadt district, and our second branch is just as accessible in the city center. See the maps below for the exact addresses.

But as with anything in the middle of a busy city, driving is not necessarily the best idea. Anyone who knows Cologne can tell you why. Fortunately, buses and trams serve both areas well – we have noted the best options below.

Getting here by bus and tram

our recommendation!

Kartäuserwall / Südstadt District

The easiest way to reach us is on KVB lines 15 and 16, both of which stop at Chlodwigplatz and Ulrepforte.

Get off at Chlodwigplatz

Head towards Severinstorburg and turn left just before it. You are already on Kartäuserwall. From there it is just a short walk to us on the left-hand side – about 5 minutes.

If you know the area, getting off at Ulrepforte saves you a few steps.

    From Central Station / city center / Neumarkt

    Direction Bonn · get off at Ulrepforte or Chlodwigplatz

  • KVB line 15 KVB line 16

    From Südbahnhof / Barbarossaplatz

    15 towards Ubierring · 16 towards Bonn · get off at Ulrepforte or Chlodwigplatz

Mauritiussteinweg / City Center

The easiest way to reach us is on KVB line 9 or lines 1, 3, 4, 7, 16 and 18. Line 9 stops literally right outside our door.

Get off at Mauritiuskirche

If you were travelling towards Kalk, our shop is so conveniently placed that the driver can admire our shop window every time. If you were travelling in the other direction, walk back 50 metres and cross the street. That takes one minute at most.

Alternative: get off at Neumarkt

A wide range of lines serve Neumarkt.

Getting here by car

Kartäuserwall / Südstadt District

Please note that Kartäuserwall is a one-way street and you can only reach us from the direction of Severinstor or Chlodwigplatz. You can park directly outside our door (pay-and-display machine opposite, a proud 4 € per hour), but we cannot guarantee that you will find a space there.

If you visit us by car, please allow time to find parking.

Parking spaces? Car parks?

Parking is tricky in this area. There is a platform where people rent out their own parking spaces at reasonable rates. Take a look at Ampido – something might be available!

Mauritiussteinweg / City Center

Free parking in Cologne city center is virtually impossible. If you cannot avoid coming by car (or to pick up the puzzle table), we have listed a few car parks below. Expect the usual Cologne rate of around 4 € per hour.

If you visit us by car, please allow time to find parking.

Where can I park?

In the city center we are a little better off in this regard.

The nearest car parks are:

  • Parkhaus Lungengasse (Lungengasse)
  • Parkhaus am Neumarkt (also on Lungengasse)

Clearance height may be low – check in advance if you are bringing your crane!
