- We ship “physical products” such as gift cards or packaging only within Germany. All products are also available at our locations while supplies last.
- The voucher cards will usually be sent out within two days at the latest. So please remember to order physical items as early as possible.
Instructions: Six Steps to Making a Gift
It’s that easy:
- 1. Select one of the customizable gift certificates in the shop—they differ only in their design.
- 2. Set the desired gift card amount.
- 3. Select the number of gift certificates (maybe you’d like to make several people happy)
- 4. Add the coupon to your cart.
- 5. Optional: Add a gift card. Don’t forget to include your mailing address!
- 6. Proceed to checkout and you're done! You'll receive an automatic email with the coupon code. Physical products will be mailed out in about 2 days.

- 1. Select your preferred date and product from our booking calendar.
- 2. Add your game or event to the cart.
- 3. Enter your coupon code in the appropriate field (“Do you have a coupon or discount code?”).

How do I redeem my voucher?
1. Go to the “Booking” section of our shop (or click here for Bollerbattle tickets) and select the game and date you want.
2. You can enter your voucher code in the shopping cart. It will be offset against the total amount.
Can I redeem the vouchers for all your products?
Yes, you can use a code purchased from us for one of our escape rooms in Cologne, or for our city scavenger hunts and Boller Battle.
The situation is different for discount codes and similar promotions. These can be linked to specific products or games.
Can I use several vouchers in one order?
Yes, this is generally possible for purchased gift cards.
However, this does not apply to discount coupons or similar promotions that cannot be combined.
How can I pay?

How do I choose my own amount?
Select this option to create your own individual voucher amount. Enter the amount you want or use the buttons to select an amount between €5 and €280. The rest works in the same way as for vouchers with fixed amounts.
How long are the vouchers valid for?
Our escape room vouchers are valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued.
Can I return my voucher?
No, an exchange is excluded.
