Q: Can we play your rooms in pairs?

Generally: no.The rooms are designed for large groups and are therefore only playable for teams of three or more people. Please consider looking for one or two more players, as the flow of the game is certainly better with a larger team.

Questions about the number of players/team size

Can we play two rooms at the same time with a large group?

Yes, that’s not a problem. Just check our booking calendar to see if your desired date is available in both rooms and then simply book both. The starting time for both rooms will be the starting time of the first game, unless communicated otherwise.

Can we play your rooms in pairs?

Generally: no.

The rooms are designed for large groups and are therefore only playable for teams of three or more people. Please consider looking for one or two more players, as the flow of the game is certainly better with a larger team.

Can we play with more players than the maximum number allowed in the room?

Unfortunately not.

Cancellation

Until when can I cancel my game?

More than 14 days before the game:

Your booking can be canceled free of charge.

14 days to 48 hours before the game:

Your booking will be converted into a voucher. The validity time is 365 days.

Less than 48 hours before the booked appointment:

Your booking will be converted into a voucher and a service fee of €30 will be charged.

Accessibility and language

Can I play your rooms with a wheelchair?

Yes, the game about the magical music machine is largely barrier-free, at least as far as wheelchairs are concerned. The narrowest corridor that we cannot change is 70 cm wide. However, as every wheelchair has different dimensions, we would ask you to simply get in touch with us. We are happy to share our experiences and see how we can arrange your visit. The highest threshold to be crossed is a normal threshold at the entrance door (1-2 cm).

Unfortunately, we do not have a wheelchair-accessible toilet!

Also, the travelers‘ room is not wheelchair accessible due to various installations.

Trigger warnings, lights and colors

We use various light and sound effects, but no strobes or similar. Nevertheless, the room is equipped with light effects and LED running lights.

These can be problematic for people with epilepsy, which is why we would advise those affected not to visit. If in doubt, we look forward to hearing from you so that we can discuss the issue openly.

We have made every effort to take the needs of colorblind people into account as far as possible in the technical implementation of the puzzles and the gameplay. However, this is never 100% possible.

Can we play your rooms in English?

Yes, you can play both our rooms in English. Check out our english website! Oh, you already do.
Please let us know if you wish to play in english (you can do so by choosing your language in the booking form), because we must prepare the game for this.

Questions about the game

Is it scary? Will I be locked up?

No! You’re playing a game! You’re not locked in, it’s not cramped, there are no scary effects or jump scares. The lighting is also sufficient – and if not, there’s an easy way to change that, which you probably know from home: you turn on the light. Some of our rooms even have daylight.

Is the Magic Music Machine also suitable for non-musicians?

Of course, definitely! You don’t have to be musical, read music or play an instrument to get along.

Will our group be separated during the game?

Nope. A group stays together as a team in the game from start to finish. Of course, this does not apply if you occupy two rooms at the same time with a large group.

The most important in a nutshell

Our room, the magical music machine, is suitable for children. And so, of course, for children’s birthday parties.

Minimum age 11 years (recommendation of the house: at least 5th grade).
One adult supervisor is included in the price.

Note:

Our second room, the traveler, is not suitable for children.

Opening hours

Mondays to Fridays: 15:00 – 22:00

Saturdays and Sundays: 09:30 – 22:00

Special opening times during the summer vacations, on public holidays and for events can also be found in the booking calendar (no guarantee).

Payment options

Plan your trip

Please be on time, i.e. at the booked time, so as not to delay the process too much for the following groups. We need enough time to prepare and tidy the rooms for the next group. Please also bear in mind that there is probably another group in the room playing before you that still wants to finish.

As soon as your group is complete, we will briefly explain how the game works and then you can get started! If there is still time after the game and you feel like it, we can take another look at the room together or take a photo of you in the room.

Your total stay lasts approx. 80-90 minutes.
