If we book multiple cars at the same time, can we all start at the same time?
Of course. For more details, see the following question.
How do we book several carts at the same time?
You can either book the two carts of your choice directly and specify in the message field during the booking process which date you’d like to pick up the cart — or you can contact us in advance and we’ll take care of everything.
How many persons should be present for pickup?
You don’t have to bring the entire staff to pick up the cart. However, since there will be a brief orientation on the car tand important topics like road safety, most of the group should be present.
It helps if 2–3 people can take turns pulling and pushing the carts.
Should we arrive earlier than the scheduled time?
No, that’s not necessary.
Can we return the cart EARLIER?
If you’d like to return the car early — for example, because you have a reservation afterward — please feel free to let our our staff on site know. The entire team doesn’t need to be present when you return the car.
Can we return the cart LATER?
It’s a definite maybe. If the cart hasn’t been reserved for your group, you can check with our on-site staff to see if it’s possible. However, the final decision rests with our on-site staff. For logistical reasons, though, we can’t accommodate more than an extra half hour.
Does the entire team have to be present when the car is handed over?
No, it’s enough if just a few people do this. We’ll then check the cart with you to make sure it’s undamaged and everything is there. But this usually only takes a few minutes.
Can we buy drinks with you?
Yes, but only when booking a handcart. Just add the drinks of your choice to your cart. If you’d like to order more drinks later, that’s fine too: In that case, please include your booking number from the handcart reservation.
Is payment by invoice possible?
Yes, we also offer payment by invoice for business customers. In that case, please contact us by phone or through the contact form.
For payments by invoice, we charge an additional processing fee of €10.

We’ll be waiting for you at the agreed-upon time in the car of your choice in front of our venue at
Kartäuserwall 53.
We’ll set a return time, and then the handcart will be at your disposal for the next 3.5 hours! This includes about 30 minutes for your trip to the next park.

Please be back at the drop-off point on time. We’ll quickly check together to make sure everything is in order, because we’ll need to get it ready for the next group right after that!
If you are significantly late and the next group is unable to use the full allotted time as a result, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the time they missed.
